1. Agreement

By purchasing, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Satven Advisory LLC provides business consulting, assessment, and educational services to healthcare practice owners. Services are as described on the Packages page. You represent that you are 18 or older and authorized to purchase on behalf of your practice.

3. Not professional advice

Our services are informational and strategic. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. Recommendations touching entity structure, provider compensation, supervision, revenue sharing, or marketing may be regulated in your state; you agree to obtain qualified legal review before implementing them. Results depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. Any figures on this site are illustrative.

4. No patient information

You agree not to provide us with protected health information or any patient-identifying information. Our services use business and financial data only. We are not your business associate. If patient information is sent to us inadvertently, we will delete it.

5. Intellectual property

All methods, scores, frameworks, templates, reports, and videos are our intellectual property. You may use them within your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them to serve others.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and share it only with our team under confidentiality obligations or as required by law. With your consent we may use anonymized, aggregated data for benchmarking. Case studies and testimonials are published only with your written consent.

7. Fees and credits

Fees are in U.S. dollars and due as stated at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Credits toward a higher tier apply only within the stated window and are not redeemable for cash.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New Jersey on an individual basis.
