Practice Value Diagnostic

Paid at checkout; refundable in full until we issue your data request; once data is received and reconciliation begins, non-refundable. If after your review call you don’t believe the Diagnostic told you something material about your practice you didn’t already know, tell us within seven days and we’ll revise it or refund it.

Practice Blueprint

50% due at engagement, refundable until the data request is issued; balance due before the presentation; once reconciliation begins, non-refundable. If required data isn’t provided within 45 days, the engagement may close and the deposit is retained for work performed.

Satven 90

Payable in full or in three monthly payments; cancel within seven days of the first strategy session for a refund of unused payments, less a $2,500 administrative fee; after that, non-refundable, and unused sessions may be rescheduled within 120 days.

Credits

Credits toward a higher tier apply only within the stated window and are not redeemable for cash.
